are abrasive materials using inorganic fibers and
characterized with conventional types of abrasive
materials using grinding grains coupled with the
feature of beharder in causing amesh clogging trouble.
Since the starting sales of three products in 1989,
they have been adopted very widely in many industroal
fields,includingthe metal,old working field,taking
advantage of three features. These abrasive materials
were developed by Nihon GC Kogyo Co.,LTD.inclosecooperation
with Nippon Steel Corporation.and Asahi Chemical Industry Co.,LTD.

FEATURE OF ABRASIVE THAT USES INORGANIC FIBERS
developed for the first time based on the principeles of
ceramic fibers in the world. As the grains are fiberous,
resulting in density and regular in arrangement. They
are materials of high strength and elasicity.By application
of FRP working technology,tehy can be worked to be
vrious inshape and used.
Good grinding
Grain fibers are filled in high density and the fibers
protrude beyond the surface in a very sharp shape
always,resulting in assuring you of good grinding.
High strength
Alumina fiber used in SUPER STONE is 2GPa intensile
strength and 210GPa in modulus of elasitcity. Even thin
plates of less than 1 mm are harad to break and not
deformed.
Long life
Fivers which are grains appear always on the grinding
surface and the fibers crush by theia sharp surface.
Regenation of clutting blade is repeated smoothly.
resulting in provideing a good grinding property and
being useable up to its final broken pieces.
High grede surface
Diameters of fibers are uniform and fibers are filled in
nigh densiy.Therefore,surface roughness of grinding surface
to be obtained is uniform and very rare to generate scratches.
No clogging
In view of the principles of regeneration of cutting blade,
voids are not required to make and therefore,no chip enters
abrasive material.When used in a dry condition,chip deposits
on the surface of grindinf material sometimes but does not enter
the abrasuve material.Mere dressing van remove it.
